Roles include:
Greeting and welcoming attendees upon arrival
Staffing the registration desk
Issuing badges or delegate materials
Troubleshooting registration or access issues
Packing and distributing delegate bags or welcome packs
Guiding guests to sessions, breakout rooms, or catering areas
Managing Q&A sessions (e.g. roving microphones, time-keeping)
Assisting with the installation of event branding (signage, banners, pop-ups)
Escorting speakers or VIPs to green rooms or sessions
Coordinating speaker gifts or materials
Supporting the core event management team with ad hoc tasks
